Stauder, Barch & Associates specializes in project feasibility analysis and developing the most effective and efficient financing plan for any given project. We have been providing financial advisory services since 1968 and have assisted dozens of libraries finance construction and improvements to their facilities over the years. We provide assistance both before the local election to secure voter support and following the election through the process of issuing bonds to fund the improvements. Prior to the election, we are often engaged to determine affordability and taxpayer impact and to help the library explain the cost of the project to its constituents. Following the election our services focus on achieving the lowest possible interest rate on funds borrowed for the project. Typically the borrowing involves issuance of bonds but sometimes installment purchase financing is used as well.
