Accessing titles, statistics, reports, and collection information from OverDrive DLR Content Reserve
At this time, Content Reserve is only accessible through Internet Explorer.
Go to: www.contentreserve.com
Click on Log In and enter your login ID and Password (these are available from Sue Alt)
Click on Reports
- It is best to play around with the reports to see what all is available. They may be refined to a particular library, certain dates, different formats, etc.
To order or view titles available:
- Click on Collection
- Content Reserve Collection Tools
- Create New Select List
Add a new select list to the work queue. It will enter a default name that you can leave, or you may retitle it. If you would just like to shop around, delete the list when you are done. (If you can’t delete, just let Sue Alt, Sarah Redman, or Melissa DeWild know)
Search for titles using Quick Search or Advanced Search

Is there a way to get the total number of patrons by month (i.e. a patron checked out 3 different times in a month)? Checking in Content Reserve, we think the report you are looking for may be the one titled 'View Patron Activity Charts'. In this report, you can specify a date range, specific branch or branches and group the results by Day, Month or Branch. If you run the report by month, selecting one branch as the filter, this report will first return the total number of patrons that had checkouts per month. You can then click on the month and it will tell you the number of checkouts for each patron, sorted by Patron ID. Furthermore, clicking on the patron ID will show you the specific titles that were checked out.
