GENERAL THINGS TO GET STARTED: (this part takes about 10-15 minutes)
Trainer - after introducing yourself and reading the list of participants and their libraries, explain that the first couple of minutes will be a review of the functions they will use during class.
Have them RAISE HAND, now lower hand.
Explain how to type in the small CHAT box and how to use the drop down menu to send it to everyone or a specific person.
MICROPHONES - Explain that only 7 mikes can be live at one time. We have the mikes muted most of the time, but each person can unmute their mike to ask a question.
TAKING A BREAK - We will try to take a short break around the one hour mark and the two hour mark. To take a break, don't do anything -- just mute your mike if necessary and walk away. Please come back at the designated time so that the class can proceed.
LEAVING THE MEETING OFFICIALLY - Explain the the software stores the login and logout time. For anyone requesting SBCEU's, it is critical that they stay logged on for the entire time period. Logging off or leaving early will mean they can not earn the SBCEU's. (this does not apply to anyone but school people).
