Because time is limited in every class, we are going to focus on 5-6 databases that are probably the most important for all students to know about, then we will give a quick highlight of several others that can also be good for young adults to use. We will also highlight two databases of interest to teachers, library staff, and parents.

1. Learn to search InfoTrac Student Edition for materials appropriate for young adults.

2. Learn to search SIRS Renaissance for materials appropriate for young adults.

3. Learn to search NoveList and What Do I Read Next? for young adult reading guidance.

4. Learn to use LearningExpress Library for tests appropriate for young adults.

5. Develop general awareness of SIRS Discoverer as an appropriate source for many young adults.

6. Develop general awareness of Gale Virtual Reference Library as an appropriate source for most young adults.

7. Develop general awareness of Health and Wellness Resource Center as an appropriate source for most young adults.

8. Know where to find educators' resources for staff and parents.
