Capturing resources for reservations

After a reservation is made for a resource and it appears on the Pull list for the day, it needs to be captured for the reservation. This is similar to capturing a hold.


1. From the Booking menu at the top of the screen, select Capture Resources.

2. Enter in the barcode of the resource to be captured. Click on the Capture button.

3. The message: “Capture Succeeded” will appear on the right in green lettering. Capture Information about the resource and who the resource is for will appear below the message. [Note: this information can be printed as a receipt if desired by clicking on the Print button.]
