A patron is having trouble deleting a chapter on their Pocket PC

Please let your patrons know that if they still have Windows Media Player running on their Pocket PC,they will be unable to delete OverDrive Audio Book parts. Would you please ask your patron to take the following steps to make sure Windows Media Player is not running on the Pocket PC before trying to delete the files again?
1. On the Pocket PC, tap “Start > Settings”. 2. Tap the “System” tab. 3. Tap “Memory”. 4. Tap the “Running Programs” tab. 5. From the list of programs, tap “Windows Media”, and then tap “Stop”. 6. Tap “OK” and then close the “Settings” window. 7. Tap “Start > File Explorer”. 8. Go to “My Device > My Documents > My Media” and delete any folders for any titles that have been transferred to your pocket PC device.
