Member Accounts Online

This service allows our members to view their accounting records online via the World Wide Web. MCLS members may:

• View current account balances
  
• View all current invoices, credits, and payment
• Search account history by PO number, invoice number, invoice description, and payments by check number
• Search line item detail history by part number or description
• View any invoice, credit, or payment back to 1998
• Download information to a spreadsheet for further analysis

New features added August 2009:

• Pay an invoice with a credit card
• Transfer an invoice to a deposit account
• Create proforma (memo) invoices
• Reprint an invoice
• Login with your standard portal account (different login no longer used)
