MeL Delivery Labels

Directions on how to create MeL Delivery labels

Please note: the Internet Explorer browser works best to create labels.

  1. Click here to link to the labels page.
  2. Log in with your library code - it will begin with 3 digits, like 600.
  3. Password:  delivery
  4. Double-click the name(s) of the library you’re sending items to (libraries will appear in “Selected Address List”)
  5. Click “Make Labels”
  • You can print book bands on 8.5 X 11 regular paper OR  Avery 6464 labels.
  • If you use sticky labels, please do not place them directly on items belonging to another library, put the items in an envelope or wrap it in bubble wrap.
  • If you are sending multiple items to a single destination, choose the library name from the list, then click on “Make Dedicated.” That tells the ProMed drivers (and sorters) that all the items in that bag are going to a single institution and they do not need to sort it.
  • If you need a new label for the window on the bag(s) leaving your library, clear the “Selected Address List” by double-clicking any libraries listed there, then click on “Make Bag Label.”
  • If you search for a library, then want to see the entire list of libraries again, execute another search with the search box blank.
  • If you are sending items to a library served by a cooperative’s delivery service (such as a library in the Lakeland Library Cooperative or The Library Network Cooperative) or a public library with branches (such as the Chippewa River District Library), you can search by the library’s name and select from the full list. When you print the label the appropriate address prints out.  Please note the label will print the central delivery address with the local delivery code.
