MeL Delivery helps you improve service to your users. A library in northern Michigan reported they're now able to let their patrons return items from neighboring libraries since the MeL Delivery bag is going out anyway. Their patrons love this!
This service is provided by ProMed Delivery, Inc. of Sterling Heights.
Joining the delivery system
If you are considering joining the MeL Delivery Service, please take a few moments to review the policies and procedures.
Please order MeL Delivery through MLC's online store, Melba Moose. If you have questions about using our online store, please contact Sue Alt. Libraries may join MeL Delivery on a monthly basis, beginning the 1st of every month. Orders must be received by the 20th of the proceeding month to start service on the 1st of the following month. For example, in order to start service on October 1st, place your order by September 20th.
